The Ocean Kiss’d is a 7 bedroom, 6 bath private home that sleeps up to 18 guests. The home is centrally located in a very popular area in Destin, called Crystal Beach. It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart (LSV). The beach access is 4 blocks away! Get there in 3 minutes on the golf cart! On top of that, the home is centrally located in town, meaning everything you need for the perfect vacation is waiting for you. Located within one mile of the home are many restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful graphite colored cabinetry and granite countertops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar with 8 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 14 people.

LIVING ROOM: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower and a separate shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

LAUNDRY: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BATHROOM #6 (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry with granite countertops.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, saltwater pool. This large backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Adjacent to bedroom #4. This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home with access to the front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 night stand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the front of the home with 2 lounging Adirondack chairs and side tables.

BEDROOM #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home and also has access to the large front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the Bunk Room (#5). This bedroom and Bedroom #3 are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.

BATHROOM #4 (JACK-AND-JILL): This spacious bathroom is shared between Bedroom #4 and #5 (Bunk Room). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #5 (BUNK ROOM): This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with 2 Full/Full bunks, a dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with Bedroom #4.

BEDROOM #6: This room is adjacent to bedroom #7, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living room/game room. It has 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, a full-sized sofa, bean bag chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has 2 stand alone arcade games and bar stools. There is plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the balcony overlooking the backyard and pool.

BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #5: Upstairs and to the left in the back of the home, you have Bedroom #7. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

THE BALCONY: Has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, coffee table, and 2 rocking chairs.

-Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
-Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 4 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
