  • This is a beach view condo with easy access to many adventures. This secluded condo complex offers panoramic views of the gulf, sand dunes and pass from the balcony. It is a short walk to calm water beaches, the gulf, and Norriego Point. You are able to walk to favorite fishing spots off of the jetties and snorkel in East Pass. The nearest public beach access is O'Steen Beach Access off Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with sleeper sofa, laundry and full kitchen.
    There is a wonderful view of Destin fireworks from the deck or beach. The unit has wireless internet, a 2-car tandem garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and 2 bikes for your use. Our garage door has a standard single car garage opening (H-77" x W-93"). Our unit is on over the garage so there is a flight of steps.
    Our unit is close to Target, Winn Dixie, The Track, Big Kahuna Water Park, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Indian Bayou Golf Club, spas, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House (our favorite restaurant), Henderson Beach State Park, Destin Commons and Destin Harbor Walk where you can enjoy the night life, watch the fishing boats come in with their catch, and rent jet skis or boats for your pleasure.
    We are in walking distance ( 5-7 minutes ) to the bay across the sand dunes where there is a calm beach and the snorkeling boats take their guest. It’s the same amount of time if you walk to the Ol’Steen Beach pathway. From our condo it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk down the jetty and arrive to the gulf where the waves are.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Very peaceful place to stay. Host was very responsive to messages/questions/concerns. Beach view was beautiful. The only negative was the parking garage. It is very narrow so pull in and back out cautiously. Overall it is a great place to stay!!

Property is a bit dated, but very clean. Garage for parking is extremely tight, compact and midsize cars only. A large truck or full size suv would not have fit.

We had an excellent stay! Upon arriving I didn’t know that there was a separate code for the garage but I was able to get in contact with the host immediately and she was very helpful. The home was nicely updated and clean and the kitchen has everything you might need. The walk to the beach was a little different than I had expected as you have to walk about two buildings over and in between two houses and right behind two houses along a fence line. Then you have a decent walk in the sand to get to the water. If it’s during specific hours of the day you then have to walk down the beach further to set up as about half the beach is private property for a hotel that boats their guests to the beach. Overall it was still better than having to drive to the beach and park. Also the balcony view is absolutely amazing! The beach did feel a little crowded at times as boats also drop people off to snorkel and people who rent pontoons also came and anchored their boats. Overall the stay was great and well worth the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The area is very safe, and the place is very clean. Our kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at night time and look for crabs. I definitly will consider staying here I again.

The condo was sufficient and allowed us to be close to the beach and snorkel without the worry or expense of parking. We saw some cool little fish and even a seahorse! The view was beautiful and it was very nice sitting out on the balcony

Great ocean view

Best value for condo on the beach! Clean and beautiful white sandy beaches just short walk through the sand dunes to ocean. Very clear emerald water. Calm area to swim with passing boats and bigger waves if you walk down to the left past rock wall jetties. Good place to fish or snorkel too!

Great place to stay

The location was perfect, place was nice and clean. Cons: Furniture could use updating, parking a bit tricky but works ( I have a full sized crew cab Ram 1500) Pros: Everything thats needed was there, clean and neat. Location is near everything yet away from the crowd. Great scenery off of balcony. Definitely would stay again!!!

As described

Description on Vrbo is exactly as described. Location to restaurants,Target and Wal Mart are within 5 mins (depending on traffic). The beach is out the backdoor and thru the dunes! The owners are timely and very responsive!

Great Stay!

Check-in and check-out was a smooth process. Host provided plenty of beach toys for our use. There were also bikes for our use. The location was great, only a short walk through the sand trails to the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin!

The condo was clean, but very dated. However, the stay was nice. Contact person was amazingly helpful. Only complaint was the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Ups and downs

Pros -Host was friendly and quick to assist. great view and most nights able to see fireworks from porch. All appliances work well and environment was comfortable. Beds were comfy!Cons - WiFi was out entire stay, tho host tried best to fix. The garage area and door need some maintenance. The parking was a hassle even tho I read and agreed it gave me anxiety parking. Overall was a great stay and would go back.

Family beach time

The host was Great.Parking was a little crazy:you have to back in ;only good for two small to medium size.The condo overall was nice.It was a struggle get to the beach with those sand dune;Henderson State Park is more beautiful than Osteenl. Easier access.
