This Gulf front building is a short walk from the turquoise water, with no major streets to cross. Park at the door and bring your luggage in with ease, no flights of stairs or elevators to navigate. Our corner ground floor condo makes you feel like you have your own large backyard, where you can throw the football or frisbee, all while just a short walk from two pools, powdery sand beaches, turquoise waters, and gorgeous sunsets.
Sunset Corner is on exclusive Holiday Isle, a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor.

It is suggested to purchase travel insurance, Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.
Having a car is helpful, but we have Uber and Lyft readily available.
We are not permitted to rent to anyone under 25 and cannot accept pets, per HOA rules.
We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent.
**There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**
