This place has a beautiful view, comfortable beds and plenty of space! We always end up buying box fans on our vacations and both rooms had one in their closet! This was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Beach bar and their staff were amazing!

Wonderful place, amazing views. Everything you need for your stay. Very convenient, great pool, beach and beach bar. Would definitely stay again, five stars all around.

Loved the location!

We loved the property. Only issue was we were given a key card for the wrong unit and it was impossible to contact VRBO to get a new. Luckily the property manager was helpful in getting us a new one even though it was not his job.

Amazing location

The location was exactly what we wanted, right on the beach, nice pool. This is me being very nitpicky so take it for what it is, the ac was much colder in the common rooms vs the bedrooms. Also we didn't know there were beach chairs and innertubes in the front closet so make sure you check there. We will be back!

Amazing getaway!

PROS: Great location, clean and lots of kitchen essentials. The Silver Shells Resort is clean and provides nice amenities. CONS: We had a bit of a delayed check in..approximately 45 mins. due to the cleaning crew still working on the condo. The Silver Shells Resort is very secure and private, requiring a key card to allow you to enter/exit the pool/beach areas...we were only provided one access card which made it a little difficult because we were there with another couple. If we did not all go together, we spent time meeting at the gates to allow each other in/out...somewhat of a pain. Overall, it is a great place to stay and we have plans to return!

Wonderful 2-week vacay!

I was looking for an opportunity to escape reality amidst the current pandemic, and I came across this property. It was a bit pricey, but I loved everything about it. I stayed from June 27th-July 11th. The condo was decorated nicely and fully equipped with all of necessary essentials that are needed away from home...I was able to wash clothing and cook full meals on a daily basis! The location was perfect...I loved facing the pool and having the beach on the horizon...plus the view was spectacular from all rooms! When we needed to make a quick run to the store, everything was within a 5 minute drive, but the traffic is horrendous on Highway 98...no fault of the property of course. Check-in was easy, but the access cards are in the condo upon arrival, so I was stuck in the parking garage until some came along and let me in to catch the elevator to the condo. It would be my suggestion to leave the access card at the guard gate for new arrivals...it would make check-in much easier. My only complaint is that there was a dry-rotted centerpiece of vegetables used to make a table display on the balcony, and it caused gnats to get into the condo. It really needs to be trashed...the gnats were very annoying! I would have trashed it myself, but I didn’t know if I would be charged. If staying for a while, with a quite a few people, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, soap, and other consumable items that you may use on a daily basis. There is a plethora of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. I totally appreciated that! If you are a beach bum like me, bring your own chairs...we didn’t have to rent from the chair vendor since we had our own. You just have to be closer to the water line or further back towards the grass line. Overall...I enjoyed my stay...I was only looking to refresh, renew, and press restart, so I didn’t partake in all that Destin or Silver Shells Resort had to offer, but the property is a great place to vacay for an extended amount of time. ***The beach fireworks on the night of July 4th were pretty awesome...we had a perfect view from the condo balcony.

Silver Shells condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do the condo or resort justice! It’s so beautiful. The views are stunning. Condo was very clean and well equipped with dishes and utensils for eating and cooking. We were very impressed! Thank you for making our stay relaxing and providing us with everything we needed! The beach toys for our daughter was a plus and nice touch! We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

Great location!

Great stay- just like advertised! The condo was perfect for our family trip- a nice bonus that there were even some beach toys in the closet! The resort was well taken care of and we appreciated having the pool since rip tide warnings had the beach closed most of our stay.

The condo was beautiful, great view, awesome for small grandkids as it’s on the 4th floor, had everything we needed. Resort is amazing. We had a great time with all our kids and grandkids!! The resort itself is truly amazing and we felt so safe but we equally enjoyed the condo! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean! We have 3 kids and it was so convenient and lovely. They had a lot of extra amenities and kitchen supplies. We will definitely be back!

Great location

This is a nice condo with an ocean view in Silver Shells, a property with a good gym, pools, courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and more. It's within walking distance of a state park and a beachfront restaurant. The condo itself is well furnished and this unit comes with parking in the parking garage, which is a plus. We definitely like this one!

This condo was great with two king suites with awesome views of pool and ocean. Easy walk to beach and the pool is fantastic. Gym facilities great and pickleball courts appeared to be newly resurfaced when we played. Lights would be a great addition to all courts. Check in was easy and early check in was even better. Nice big tv and comfortable beds were fantastic. Very close to shopping and restaurants made it even more enjoyable. We would rent this place again.

Great Location

May Vacation

Very nice place and location was good. With in walking distance to restaurant The Back Porch and Candy maker candy store with ice cream if you don't want to get out an drive.
