this unit has a gorgeous water view - the pictures are what you get. Very nice place in great condition. The only minus I can give it is a few basic amenities were missing. I would have like a few more dishwasher tablets (2 for a week is not enough and they don't provide any more), some coffee pot filters (i used napkins) and may be a small salt and pepper. If you brought your own of these it would be perfect.

Excellent stay and the location is safe, clean and family friendly. Beautiful view of the ocean and you’reright on the beach! It was so nice we stayed an extra night. Great communication with management too. Highly recommend.

We will absolutely be back. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds for all three of my children, and my wife and I in our room overlooking the water was always a treat to look at in the mornings getting to the beach in the morning was great, and although the set ups were additional for this unit, it was nice to have those available on the beach for us there was one disturbance

Very good stay

The property was is a little outdated but in good condition. A few things didn’t work in the kitchen (ie. electrical outlets, hot water, etc.) The ocean view was amazing and the check in process and customer service was excellent. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience

Everything was great. Condo was exactly as advertised. There was an issue with flooring but manager called us on way there and made us aware of it and it was remedied within a reasonable time.

It was a good vacation and no major challenges with the condo. Clean and great communication throughout the process and timeframe. The only items that I could say is it would be nice to have a grilling utensil and the beds may be a challenge. The masters bed came apart on the one foot and had to be put back together. Thanks!!!

Sheets Were Stained/Floors Dirty

The condo was great, the location and view were excellent, but the bedsheets had a bloodstain on them. We had to strip the bed and put them in the washer before we could go to sleep. Unacceptable considering there was a sizeable Cleaning Fee included with the reservation. Also, the floor appeared clean but after getting out of the shower and walking around the bottoms of our feet were dirty.

Quick Girls Trip

Fabulous! The view can not be beat. The condo was spacious and spotless. Some little things you could add: salt&pepper in kitchen, new shower head in guest bathroom shower low pressure and second bedroom window into hallway with very bright lights at night. Could use a darker shade. But otherwise we LOVED our stay!

Nice & Easy

This property, while older, had just what we needed. It had an easy entry process, was well appointed, and cozy. The building was intimate with just under 100 units which made it feel safe and secure. The balcony enabled you to see the horizon with no obstructions. For us, it was great. The furniture and appliances were standard fare. I suggest they replace the King bed mattress. That was obviously old and really uncomfortable. Otherwise it met our simple needs.

Great location, great property

Loved our stay here. Room was perfect for our needs. Only downside was building construction on 4 of the 6 mornings starting around 8:30 am. This was a huge letdown given being on vacation and kids sleeping in from long days at the beach. We were told the glass in sliding doors was being replaced in various units. Would be nice if maintenance like that could be done later in the morning!
