Perfection!
This house is amazing! Ron and Graham are easy to work with and very responsive! The house is gorgeous and close to everything. Made our trip with our graduating seniors very special! We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together with enough room
We planned a family reunion, we were 14 people, and this place was perfect. Everything about it worked for us, the rooms on the first floor were perfect for the grandmas who couldn’t climb stairs, the living area was perfect for adults and kids to be together but each in their own area; the 4 rooms upstairs were great, the balcony was large and very nice for a morning coffee before getting ready for the day, the closet space was very nice and roomie, specially if you have a family that packs multiple choices of clothing per night, and the pool was perfectly warm (it was high 60’s when we went) and of course the beach in Destin is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be going back and I highly recommend this property, it is exactly what you would expect when reading the listing, but better!

Great beach house
We stayed at this property with three families and it had plenty of room for all of us. Each room has its own bathroom and the bunk room was great for the kids. The pool was great and provided great entertainment for the days we weren’t at the beach. The closest beach access is a couple block walk away. With little ones, chairs and other beach stuff, we opted to rent a golf cart and drove to the beach access a little further west because it had parking and bathrooms. It was about a 3-4 min golf cart ride. We had one minor issue during our stay, but the property manager responded promptly and addressed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Home!
We had a wonderful time. The home comes well equipped in the kitchen and each bedroom has extra pillows, fans, and even pack and plays. The pool and grill in the back yard is so convenient to the kitchen. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. The beach is about a 5min walk. The condo tries to make you think it's all private beach but it's not. There's about 25ft from the water up the beach that is public all along the beach. We ended up going to the public beach about 5 blocks to the East and enjoyed having lunch on the patio of the seafood restaurant. There is a bathhouse and bathrooms available with free parking. The beach is beautiful!!!!

Clean and plenty of Space
We had fun at this stay. House was clean and had plenty of rooms for all of us. Each room has its own bathroom. Pool was heated so we could enjoy it even weather was cold during our visit. if there were game room for kids that would definitely add more fun to this house. Overall we really enjoyed it and service by property management was awesome and quick. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thanks! Glad you had a great time. Typically guests will use either the large second floor living room with the 65" TV, or the large 3rd floor bunk room with another 60" TV - for the kids, while the adults relax on the first floor

Better than we imagined
Room for everybody and everything we needed. 7 bedrooms/7 baths, 2 living rooms, fully equipped. Sparkling pool. So Relaxing. Made the short walk to white sand and clear water beach 2-3 times each day, to catch the sunrise, swim, watch the sunset.

We really liked the house . The owner and manager were very prompt getting back with us when we had questions. Part of us drove and part of us flew, it was very nice having a high chair and pack n play. There was plenty of pool toys also.

Absolutely loved this home!!
We stayed at this house for a week. We absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful home and the location was perfect! We had 18 people stay and we had more than enough space for everyone! We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Great house for multiple families; great location
We rented this house for a week for a small family reunion. There were 3 families with kids ranging from 4 - 19 and 3 grandparents. Everyone had their own room with private baths - never an issue if you wanted to “get away.” The kids enjoyed the pool and access to TVs wherever you wanted. The location is very nice - quiet neighborhood, short 6 minute walk to the beach and a short 4 minute drive to grocery store, coffee, shopping, restaurants - anything you need. Coffee maker for a full pot or single serve, plenty of dishes and silverware and cooking supplies. Grill for outdoor cooking. The outdoor furniture could use a refresh but not a deterrent. Beach supplies (chairs/umbrellas/towels - only 2) are not in great shape as they are leftovers from what previous renters left behind. Again, not a deterrent, but expected something a little better given it is a beach house. The owner, Graham, is very responsive. We had a couple questions with the A/C and pool setting and the rental manager, Ron, came right over, was very pleasant and helpful. It was a great house and suited all of our needs. It only needs a slight upgrade on a few things and it would be 5 stars.

The house is beautiful! Management was fast if we needed anything. Short walk to the beach and we rented a golf cart for some of the days! Easiest check-in process. I give communication the highest marks and the property itself was so beautiful!

Beautiful Beach House!
It was a beautiful house with plenty of room for four families. Amenities were perfect. The only drawback for us was that there was a house being built right next door during our stay. The workers were polite and friendly, but we did have some construction debris floating about some of the time. Of course, it won’t be that way forever. Cheers to the next guests!

Excellent Home away from Home
Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews but I need to for this beach stay. It was an Amazing beach house rental. It actually felt like we all were at home. We had two families staying for my nieces Wedding. Out of 12 adults and little ones from 2-10 NO complaints at all !! Everyone loves having there own room and shower. The pool was realizing and fun for the littles kids after the beach. It was a great roomy cozy house we could all gather to chill together but yet had our own space in each of our rooms. I do want to mention the walk to the beach and reiterate that it only took 10 minute leisurely walk even with a wagon and the littles ones. There are plenty of beach and pool toys and some beach chairs at the house for all to use as well. Do bring extra toilet paper and trash bags and paper towels but otherwise everything was provided and perfect. Lastly a huge Thanks to the owner Grant he Always responded quickly to all questions and did not disappoint. During our stay every thing was perfect so we didn’t have to call Ron the maintenance guy for nothing during our stay. We stayed June 4-10 and I do have to let ya know our beach day on Sunday and Monday was perfect but then the seaweed became a issue. You may want to buy a rake at lowes to bring w you to sweep away the seaweed. We found a place called the Whales Tale restaurant at 1373 Scenic Gulf Dr on a public beach access and we went there for a few beach days which had lots less seaweed and food and drinks are amazing. We loved our stay. No complaints.

Stellar property on Stingray St.
Our family of 20 stayed in this rental for six days over Thanksgiving, had zero issues. It is 100% as advertised on the listing, the pictures are realistic, the pool is excellent (heat worked well), and the bedrooms are all very large. Everyone has their own bathroom and king size bed. Seriously the best trip And only a short four minute walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart just to help us get around which was nice. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions…..

Great location & Beautiful home that has everything you need.
This experience was excellent. The only downside is on the first day demolition of the next day property was taken place. This caused a lot of dust and particles to be in the air making it difficult to enjoy the pool and be outside. However, the next day, the demolition team were not there and we got to enjoy the remaining days.

Fantastic family vacation
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was terrific! It had everything that we needed. We had 3 families... 13 people in total. Every couple had a king bed and private bath. The 4 young teens loved the bunk room. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals for 13. Everything we needed was there!!!! We loved the pool - used it everyday!! It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was fine. Great responses from Graham (owner) and Ron his maintenance guy. We had a question about something - and Ron got back to us right away! Overall, the property exceeded our expectations. Thank you so very much for being a tremendous host!!!!

Great Vacation Getaway

The house is very nice. Our only real complaint was with paper products. None. Only what people left behind. Didn’t expect that. Would have been nice to know before we got there. Had a few problems but were resolved quickly. Finally got the pool in great condition the day before we left. Was told because of all the rain that was the main problem. The water was green the first day but only got worst as the days went on. Last day it was great. All in all, we had a great time and that is what counts.

I had originally booked a home through five star property rentals. About an hour before arriving with 2 families in route from Georgia l was told our original booked home had no air conditioning-both units had failed. They offered another property but it was not comparable to what was booked. We found this home and reached out the the property manager and we’re in luck!!! We was quick, flexible and made sure what was supposed to a great family vacay did not turn into a nightmare. It was such a blessing because this home ended up being far better than what we would have had. It was clean and spacious and the owner was very attentive. The kids enjoyed the way the pool lights up a night. Thanks for coming to our rescue and saving our vacation

Excellent property and service
Everything new and very clean. Great communication and responsiveness from Graham both prior to our arrival and during our stay. The six bedrooms, all with king beds, and the bunk room with four beds, plus an adjoining bathroom for each bedroom was perfect for our family. We all loved the pool, especially the grandkids, and the walk to the beach was easy and less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and all neighbors who we met were friendly. Overall, a wonderful property that we'd be glad to stay at on our next trip to Destin!
