Loved it everything was great clean cold air just a good slice of paradise fish beach comfy I’d recommend this place had a great time slept wonderful to good a quiet peaceful!!!!

I am giving this property a 3 star rating because it needs some attention and repairs.The location of this property is excellent, just a short walk to an amazing private beach. Contact with the property managers was easy and responses were quick.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described. The property is well located with access to multiple restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or so. You get private beach access which is just a short walk away. The condo is well stocked with kitchenware and beach accessories you might need. The area is safe and quiet. It was just what we were looking for in our Destin trip.

Great Location

We couldn't have chosen a better townhome to stay at. It was really close to a private beach that was not overcrowded during spring break. In fact, on most days we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. We loved our townhouse with the exception of the master bedroom. The mattress was really uncomfortable. We added the mattress from the sofa bed to make it comfortable enough to sleep on. Everything else was perfect.

Not quite what was expected

The listing online made it sound like we were right on the water but in reality we could just see glimpses between buildings. The listing stated that the beach was a block away and in reality it waz 4. This wouldnt have been an issue if we hadnt been traveling with a roddler. There was a large amount of mold in the 2nd bedrooms closet. The listing also states they had baby gates for the stairs and when we got there, we only found one. The stairs were very steep to be listed as as a toddler friendly home.
