"Breakers East 1006" Gulf Front 2BR/2BA~Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1006 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 10th floor of the breakers east on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Balcony and view were excellent, beach was clean and chair service was great.Condo was overkill for just my wife and I, yet we rented for the view, if we fly our kids out it would be perfect.Only issue were tv uses a couple remotes, no biggie just took a minute for a grandpa to figure out-lol

Extremely clean condo. Has to be the cleaniest comdo we have ever rented. Plenty of towels, hangers, and kitchen supplies. Nice, big patio with plenty of seating. They were very fast with repling to messages.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breakers East 1006. The unit was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well outfitted that I almost felt guilty not using it more. The interior design was very well done and we found it very clean. The complex itself was great. The covered parking and beach set up completes the draw to this unit. I highly recommend it!

Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Nice upgraded, spacious layout and we didn’t feel cramped. Since it is a corner unit, the extra windows provided more light. The king size bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the a/c based on a previous review but it worked well. I wished we would have paid the extra to have the condo stocked with our groceries. We would stay there again.

For the 3rd year in a row the elevators were not working. During last Saturday’s change over, there were families that waited around 30 min for an elevator. Some got so mad they smashed several of the carts in frustration.

Great vacation unit

From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. The unit has an unbelievable view of the Gulf with no obstructions. I travel for a living and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so we decided stay in a condo/house and wasn’t disappointed. We highly recommend! We will be back

Beautiful place to relax

This condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my family, the only issue we had was the A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Management was contacted and they did send someone over to clean out the unit but it didn’t help much, good thing we brought fans because we had to leave them on with the doors closed, and it would be nice if they had a ceiling fan in the living room, other than that our stay was very relaxing and the condo was decorated beautifully.

Great stay. Excellent location. Comfortable.

Everything was great! The floors looked clean, but after wearing my socks for just a few minutes they were dirty. While they looked clean, they really need a good mopping! Or either the carpet needs cleaning. But it didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property. Great choice for our 51st wedding anniversary. Second time staying at Breakers East. Will be our choice in the future.

We wanted a condo on the beach for a short trip and we were very happy. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and a nice-size balcony. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo because of the beach views. Located near several restaurants and activities.

You’ll want to stay here!!

Our condo was incredible!! Very clean, plenty of room, amazing location!! We loved it so much we booked an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. Everything you could possibly need they had. Washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, blender, pots and pans, 3 boogie boards, beach towels, and 2 really nice beach chairs, the list goes on! Communication with property owner was excellent, very responsive and great customer service!! The location was absolutely beautiful!! They had gorgeous polywood furniture on the balcony over looking the beach and pool! The rental included 2 chairs on the beach with an umbrella set up each day by the beach attendant. There was a slush stand on the beach as well! Best vacation! The location of the condo was incredible and the property grounds were beautiful l! Pool was heated and very clean. The beach was gorgeous!! You will definitely want to stay here!!!!

Perfect and as advertised!

Everything was just as we expected; and the view was even better than the pictures! This was our first visit to Destin, FL. The condo was perfectly located and convenient to the harbor, Wall-mart, Target, CVS, several restaurants of all types. Having access to the beach chairs setup for us each day was awesome. Check in instructions were perfect and we didn’t need to call for any assistance. Just what you want for a getaway with the family to an area you have never been to before. Thanks!

We have been to Destin many times. This was the first time in Winter. The place was perfect for our family of 5. Ample room and amenities. The host was super responsive. Pool gate was closed the first day but it was promptly opened next day. Nice big TV was icing on the cake when we had a rained out day. Would definitely come back again!
