Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 7th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Fabulous large open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertop.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; queen mattresses; flat screen cable TV.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 4 K HDR Smart TV, queen size sleeper sofa
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We booked this wonderful condo in Destin after a reservation in Gatlinburg was cancelled at the last minute through another booking service (NEVER AGAIN, the process was awful and we will only use VRBO from now on). It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The owner responded very quickly and everything went very smooth. The unit was spacious and accommodating. Extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the appliances were up to date and easy to use. I did have to set the clocks to the correct time while we were there, lol. Very important to us, the coffee pot was great and took both ground coffee and K-cups. The decor was charming and our kids enjoyed some of the games and magazines that were provided. The views were amazing! The balcony never felt crowded with our family of four. The whole complex was clean and well managed. Location was excellent and we even walked the beach to a local restaurant. Don’t skip The Donut Hole, Merlin’s Pizza and the Back Porch(walkable) which are very close by. Beach access was easy and was almost empty while were there after Christmas through New Years. While it was chilly a few days, we had a blast when the sun was out. Even got a tan! The heated pool was awesome, I even had a nice chat with the maintenance guy one morning while he was testing the water. We normally head to the mountains during our winter trips but this unexpected change of plans has made me a winter beach bum from now on!

Our stay was great! The condo was just as described. No disappointments here! We loved being able to cook in the kitchen. The importance of the ability to go down the elevator and walk out to the beach is impossible to put in words. Great view, clean stay, and everything was just as described. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Check in instructions were sent via email days prior to check in, as well as a follow up text to make sure we received our check in instructions. The rooms were clean and sheets were soft!! The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you would ever need. Wonderful place!

Everything was as it said and we had a wonderful trip. The only thing that my husband and i didnt Like was the smell of ammonia/cat pee in the master bedroom. We kept the balcony door open the first night and then bought a bunch of Fabreeze but it still smelled.

Great location

The property has a fantastic location. Watching g the sun rise on the patio was spectacular. The amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay. The house overall was very clean except for the floors. They were sticky and we bought a mop to clean the floors which the mop pads weee black after 3 cleanings. Other than the floors everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. Easy to book and super easy check-in. Email from unit manager gave all codes and info needed for a really stress free arrival. Unit was clean and everything was in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Great location on the beach. Easy to follow directions for check-out too!

What a View!!!

So convenient !!! Best beach spot !!! We saw dolphins!!! We should’ve stayed longer… A few tips for future rentals… You should provide the basic seasonings .. sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc and cooking oil spray at least… another tip.. At least provide 1-2 pods of detergent for washing clothes … That would’ve been so helpful.. After a long drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to the market for minor things…no But in all, what a relaxing time…

Great Condo

Everything was simple with on line reservations. The condo is very nice and has beautiful views from the master bedroom, living room and even the well stocked kitchen. The balcony is spacious with awesome view of the pool and ocean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms very nice too. The couch I think makes a bed so the seat is a little hard but other than that the place is great! Close to most anything you may want to do. We had a great time even though it was pretty chilly from an unusual cold front so carry some warm clothes if you go this time of year!

Great Thanksgiving!

We had a fantastic stay at Breakers East! Unit was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, the unit was supplied with adequate towels/kitchen utensils…..and the view/sunset….just can’t beat it from the balcony! We had a breaker flip but the response from the management team was immediate. We will be back! Great week, great friends, and a great stay at Breakers East!
