Enjoy the spectacular views from this remodeled 8th floor spacious condo with straight view of the sugar white beaches and emerald clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to 30 ft balcony with exceptional views from the master bedroom and living room.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

The condo is right on the water with wonderful views. Very clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. We enjoyed staying here and we surprised by the amount of kitchen utensils, cooking pans, and everything else that was available. We would definitely recommend staying here as we look forward to doing so again!

Wonderful, badly needed getaway

This was a short girl's trip and accommodations couldn't have been better. Great location; very clean, well stocked kitchen; for a two bedroom, lots of room; and management was extremely communicative and very responsive to a couple of glitches. I have rented several times with VRBO and I'm finding the ability to work with the 'owners / property management company' can make or break a vacation. This company,"Your assistant at the beach" was stellar!! Thank you for a great getaway!!!

Great stay!

Excellent communication from reservation to checkin. Easy check in, place was spotless! Nicely appointed kitchen too. Comfortable seating in the main living space for our group of 4 adults, and loved having the balcony furniture to accommodate our dolphin viewing as well as our morning breakfasts! Washer and dryer were super handy for laundry, and loved that dishwasher detergent and Softsoap was already provided for both bathrooms so I didn’t have to pack it myself. Super location and close to Walmart for groceries as well as gas, and a variety of eateries. We loved sleeping with the patio doors to the master bedroom open every night so we could fall asleep listening to the waves! The dogs not hiccup during our stay was that the TV in the main room went kaput on the 2nd evening of our week stay, but they were quick to replace it the next day with minimal disruption. The heated pool outside was wonderful to use as well! All in a wonderful stay and we would recommend to others looking for a cozy and comfortable condo right in the middle of all the Destin action!

This is the best property bar none. Roomy, spacious and full of amenities. Quick access to the grocery store and fabulous seafood markets such as Sextons and Destin Ice. Views are impeccable...if a view of the gulf is your choice!!!

The unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The property was very clean, easily accessible and had a nice pool, grill area, and game areas. From the gated entrance to the private beach, Breakers East is very safe and secure. The on-site management were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Breakers East

We had a great week in Destin staying at Breakers East unit 804! The Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing! We saw dolphins every day and loved listening to the sound of the waves! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great stay in Destin.

Very nice condo!

The condo was very clean. Although there were a few areas that could have been better such as the glass showers in both bathrooms. But overall the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The views from the condo were spectacular which is what were were looking for. Everything such as the furniture was in excellent condition and the floors were great. The owner has laminate flooring in all bedrooms so theres no worry of dirty worn carpets. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice Unit

Pros: Property was as advertised. Pictures in listing were accurate and representative of condition of unit. Unit was clean and well stocked on arrival. Property was less crowded than others we have stayed at in the past with same beach frontage. Almost everyone can set up chairs on front row. The walk from the building to the beach was shorter than other places we've stayed. Not a big deal if you forget something in the room or go back to make lunch or refresh drinks!! Pool and BBQ pits on the beach side of property was a plus. Community chest of beach toys was cool. The chair guy was very friendly and helpful. We liked the staggering of arrival/departure dates so everyone isn't arriving and leaving on the same day. Property landscaping was well maintained and pretty. Cons: Property at ground floor (elevator area) could use some reconditioning. A/C for elevators.

So nice we stayed twice!

We spent spring break 2019 there and liked it so much we returned again for spring break 2021. The unit is plenty big for our family of four and it is very nicely decorated. The new couches are very comfortable and we love hanging out on the large balcony. We say dolphins swim by almost daily. We slept great in the comfy king sized bed and loved falling asleep to the crashing waves every night. We love the location and the convenience of having so many things within walking distance. The beach is amazing and the heated pool is great option for those days when the weather is on the cooler side. The unit and building are maintained extremely well. The icemaker in the kitchen is a nice added touch as we filled our cooler up every day to bring drinks down to the beach. The daily beach umbrella and chairs that are included are a great value. I'm sure we'll be back in the near future. We love Destin and unit 804 at Breakers East is tough to beat.

Fantastic vacation

With it being less floors as some waiting on elevators was not a problem. Location is fantastic. Condo very beautiful although they could use a new sofa it’s not very comfortable or at least have a couple recliners other than that we had absolutely everything we needed. The two umbrellas with the package was a huge plus again we were spread out and not packed and like some of the larger condos. We will definitely stay here again.
