Great Spring Break Trip!

The house is located in a great neighborhood. Located right on the scenic highway. Easy access to the beach and the Crab Trap. Loved every thing!

Needs a lot of maintenance

Good location but needs a closer beach access. This house needs a lot of things fixed and remodeled. Wouldn’t recommend until it has been properly taken care of by the owner. Property management company was very responsive but couldn’t fix the things I that needed fixed immediately. A lot of work needs to be done on this house.

Great stay

Great location. Management was extremely responsive. Plenty of room for large groups. Spa looks as if it was a hot tub at one point. It only stays the same temperature as the pool and jets do not work, but it wasn’t an issue as it was hot outside. Overall very nice property.

Friends Trip

We had an enjoyable trip to Destin. Overall, the home was good. However, multiple ice makers weren’t in working condition, the pool was dirty, hot water was lacking for a house of its size, 2/3 bbq grills were in working condition, & very little refrigerator space for a house of its size. I would highly recommend a guest bringing blankets to add to the beds.

2022 Family Spring Break

Stay was fantastic. House was outstanding and would recommend to anyone wanting the space and luxury this home offers. We rented a golf cart for the week which was a nice to have....not a must have. A+ stay for our family!

Spread out, relax by the pool and enjoy the gulf view!

The property is one of the best houses and locations in the Destiny East gated community. Large home with first floor space to entertain and use the pool and deck. Second floor has large kitchen, sitting space and outdoor grill/seating. We had three families and were able to spread out with 16 people. Be advised you need to bring all paper goods, soaps and beach towels. We had the pool heated, and it was well worth it. Would return again to this property.

Beach Vacation

This property is beautiful and located in viewing and short walking distance to the ocean. The rooms were nice and spacious, the kitchen was accommodating for our giant family, and we all got to enjoy the pool by the third day of our stay. Our only complaint was that the pool was not checked on our heated like we requested and paid for until the third day

Beach wedding

We loved our stay and the layout of the house. We rented the house for us and our families to stay in because we were getting married on the beach. There was plenty of room for both of our families and everyone was very comfortable and amazed by the size and beauty of the house!

Our stay was wonderful

Our family celebrated life after being shut in after Covid. Our house was spacious for five families everyone enjoyed private pool except for few falls from fancy tiles outside the door. Definitely needs updating but we had a wonderful stay.

Over the Top was exactly that for me and my family!

This property is beautiful and has every cooking utensil or appliance you need to use in preparing dishes for your friends and family. Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to dusting better on fans and bathroom mirrors. There were a few little things that need repair like a leg on a kitchen chair, toilet holder in third floor bathroom. Also, both both gas grills that are pictured are not working, in fact one is completely gone on the second floor outside of the kitchen

Great Start to Summer

This property was very nice the location was great. The kitchen in this home was very well stocked with cooking needs, serving plates it has a crock-pot Two blenders . The only thing that I could say was a problem was the fridge was a bit small but we figured it out. for our stay. Great house would stay there again

Over The Top

The home fit us perfectly. We had 11 people for one week. Our 4 grandchildren, 15-21 years old, took the ground floor. Our girls took the king suite. Our boys took the queen bunk room. Only complaint about that room is there are no windows, no ceiling fan, no closet. The boys were fine with it. We set up an Electric fan for them. On the main level, our adult daughters and husbands each had a king suite. Top floor, huge master suite was ours and our brother was in the queen suite. Kitchen was well stocked. Prepared a huge Thanksgiving dinner in the house. The table seats 11+ very comfortably. For another dinner we barbecued and there was ample grill space. Pool heater worked like a charm. Pool was used most days. Weather cooperated and we were at the beach 3 or 4 days. That is our only "complaint" and not a HUGE one. You are supposed to walk down scenic 98 to the Crab Shack for beach access. It is 6/10 of a mile...10 minute easy walk. Our kids brought a wagon so bringing towels, etc to the beach was no problem. My only other complaint/suggestions: provide better bath towels, preferable bath sheets and I wish we had a Keurig coffee pot. There was a broken one there, not usable. Overall, we had a fantastic week with three generations and plenty of "breathing" room. We did not use the clubhouse, but utilizing the gym, pool and spa is definitely an easy option. We rented a 12 passenger pontoon boat from Gilligsns on our last full day. Highly recommend it. 4 wonderful hours. Docked at Fubar Pizza and ate outside on the water. A huge pod of Dolphins entertained us on the ride back to Gilligans. The property is well worn, but was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The management company was very responsive. Had two small issues and a handyman was at the house within an hour. Florida/Georgia Family of 11 Thanksgiving 2019
