This location and property did not disappoint!!! Ocean view, daily chair and umbrella setup was the best!!! Our first trip to Destin. Already planning a entire family trip back! Weekend Getaway!

This condo was great! The pics were spot on and very clean! And had everything we needed to stay there in comfort. The bathroom could use some remodeling but again it was clean! And great view of the beach!!!! Would definitely stay again!

It was a great resort only thing i didnt like was the beds it made a sound everytime rolled over and there was windows in the room to the rest of the hallway wich let alot of light in. But over all great place

The place overall was not too bad for a family of four. The only thing that was a pain was the bathroom. It smelled like sewer and we left the vent running 90% of the time. The shower head also did not work so that was a pain.

First time in Destin, perfect location for a quiet spring break

Our condo was well appointed, clean, updated and had a spectacular un obstructed view of the ocean. The building may look "worn" on the outside and in hallways however there are staff members EVERYWHERE cleaning, helping, assisting, greeting and providing security. If we ever needed anything a staff member was just around the corner. My only complaint was the fold out couch mattress which was very worn, thin and uncomfortable even for my 2 boys sleeping on it. Based on this we will rent a different condo in the same building next year adding a bedroom. Safe and quiet location. The covered pavilion made it so fun to grill out with friends (saving time and money in busy and expensive Destin) listen to live music and make great memories right on the beach.
