The clean and stylish interior promises to please any seafarer, beach bum or even the crabbiest of crabs with its calming navy and dove gray tones. On- trend laminate plank wood floors; coastal-inspired art; a stash of games and puzzles; top of the line linens and drapes plus a modern kitchen filled with cookware come together to create a harmonious getaway. Plus, the Primary suite features sliding glass doors to the balcony and an oversized bathroom with both a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath.
A Destin vacation at Jade East entitles you to more than just a stylish beach condo to call home for a bit, there’s also an array of amenities behind the Jade East gates. A sprawling pool deck, tennis courts, deeded beach access, numbered parking, personal laundry in each unit and high-speed elevators.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
