Great location!

Very nice condo with one bedroom, bunk beds, and a pull out bed in living room. Plenty of towels, very clean, very comfortable bed. Best thing was the location to the beach - about a 2 minute walk. Beautiful view from balcony!A few cons: no nightstand next to one side of the bed, loud dryer, and the beach access only allows a small area to set up chairs and umbrellas, due to private beach area on both sides. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful room and great location!

I absolutely LOVE staying here. Wish there was an elevator for easier access to the 3rd floor but overall its a Great place to stay and very easy access to the beach!

Grand Carribean West - Top Floor

This condo was just what my daughter and I needed for a quick get away before she graduates from High School. The view is magnificent and it is a short walk across the street to the beach. Kathy was great and made the stay very nice. I highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our week at the Grand Caribbean. The location of the unit allows you to see the gulf. The beaches were beautiful. This #301 unit was very clean and very well equiped right down to the beach chairs and umbrella.

Family Trip

My husband and I honeymooned here back in 2017 and decided to bring the family to share Destin with them. Gorgeous as always, we had a lovely stay and the communication with Kathy is always convenient and easy. Beautiful views and comfortable beds. We had a great time and will be back soon! This place was great. The property owner was very nice and communicated with me through email and on the phone. We actually got there early and she went ahead and let us check in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Located right across the road from the beach and walking distance to the mall. Would definitely stay here again.

very pleased with the condo

condo is very comfortable decorated very nicely...plenty of bath towels..everything you need for the kitchen...washer dryer....beautiful view of gulf from deck. We have stayed at this condo a couple times in the past....would definitely stay there again....owners are so nice.

Great Place To Stay

We areived 2 hours early and was able to check in. The unit was clean and spacious for my fiance and I. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. Overall our stay was great and Kathy was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Our family really enjoyed...

Our family really enjoyed staying at your condo. We have stayed at other places in Destin before, but we liked yours the best. The unit is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the Gulf from your balcony is beautiful and we liked the privacy of the location of your unit. We will definitely come back to Destin and plan on staying here again.
