I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the listing is completely accurate as you can see the beach from the porch. The condo was beautiful and decorated so nicely. The beach service was great as we always had a spot on the beach that wasn’t crowded. Pool was great and nicely warmed because the ocean was freezing. The only complaint I have regarding the condo is the floor really needs to be mopped, our feet were black from just walking on them a couple minutes. The dryer did ruin a couple of my clothing items, so when you use it, put the items an option lower than what you want to dry on. The location is great, close to everything, we didn’t want to leave. I loved this place and I’m sure you will too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Unit 121 was phenomenal!!!!! We have previously stayed in another unit on 3 different occasions and this unit takes the cake! It was the most family friendly unit we have encountered! With two littles, access to the beach was super easy, location away from lobby/pool for early bedtimes was a plus, perfect unit without too many breakables for little hands, the shower has a head that can be removed for easy washing for kids hair, the washer and dryer made life easier with all their many changes of clothes/towels, and the unit was supplied with kid friendly dishes, games, and a sectional for the living room! We already have plans to book this unit again next year!

OUTSIDE OF TROPICAL STORM CINDY IT WAS NOT TOO BAD. I WILL SAY I HAVE STAYED AT HSRC PROBABLY 12-15 TIMES IN 30 YRS AND MORE ROOMS NEED RENOVATION. BATHROOMS ARE SMALL AND NOT MUCH YOU CAN DO BUT UPDATED TILE SINKS ETC WOULD GO A LONG WAY. I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY ADDITIONAL $$ FOR A NICE PLACE. NEED TO MODEL ROOM 119. HAS A LEAK IN THE BATHROOM SINK AND THERE WAS A FLOWER VASE TO CATCH THE WATER. THAT BUGS ME WHEN I AM PAYING $2200 FOR A WEEK. I KNOW YOU CANNOT FORCE OWNERS TO DO A RENO BUT PROBABLY WILL NOT BE BACK NEXT YEAR. SCOTT AND THE BEACH SERVICE TEAM IS EXCELLENT!!!! DON'T LOSE HIM!!!
