Inlet Reef Club 107 is located on Gulf Shore Drive in the heart of Destin close to shopping, beach activities, restaurants, a water park, and so much more! This wonderful first-floor unit is one level up from the ground floor and is situated right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from an expansive balcony. The master bedroom features a large king bed, designer bedding, private access to the balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite master bathroom offers a glass enclosed seat-in shower and a single vanity. There is also a separate dressing area with another sink and vanity with a chair just outside the large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, designer bedding, as well as a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. In the living room, you will find a brand new microfiber sleeper sofa, coordinated furnishings, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, sink and bar area and access to the balcony. The kitchen offers full-size appliances, upgraded tiled counters, and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dining table for six, as well as an eat-in kitchen table for four for plenty of seating. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
