It was really close to the beach and the family was happy with the stay. The beach was beautiful and clean. The house was great too we had shows and space for all 10 of us. Overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful Community

Last Call is in a beautiful gated community on the ocean side. The home was lovely and immaculate. Situated right next to the community pool and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Cramped

Bunk room is too small for 4 beds. Need to reorganize bed situation and move a set of bunks to the living room area downstairs. Also bunks in the master isn’t very functional. Would be much better if the sitting area was converted to a bunk room with access through the patio.

Parking, but amazing!!

Only issue was online it said 4 vehicles but only had enough for 2 cars???!!! My daughter ended up leaving early otherwise her suv was going to be towed!!! Not cool, need more parking spaces ASAP!!!! Someone else was also screaming at gate guy about parking!!! Not cool need to fix that issue. Otherwise everything was amazing!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this house.

We felt we were in jail. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool without the staff breathing down our necks. The house was so dirty upon arrival. The bunk bed broke twice and they told us it couldn’t be fixed. The fire alarm constantly was going off during the night. The house has a really bad gnat problem which they also told us it’s Florida nothing can be done. I would choose somewhere else to stay. Not worth the hassle.

Wonderful Stay... However

I highly recommend this home again with family especially if you have children because the beach is right outside your door. The master bedroom has a balcony, which was amazing to take a afternoon nap. I would say it wasn’t all that perfect prior to checking in. I contacted Valerie from Ocean Reef Resorts to ask questions of what other amenities the properties has because I was interested what all I would conveniently have versus what I would need to bring. The response that I received was generic and then I proceeded to ask more specific questions. The response that I received after asking specific questions was the same generic message, which I quite didn’t appreciate because she completely ignored the message. When we arrived, my family and I left our shoes by the door out of respect and could feel sand and debris all underneath our feet. I have an image of a white towel that I personally used to wipe my feet before laying in bed for it to be black because the floors were not cleaned. The amount of money that we paid for a “Cleaning Fee” was quiet unacceptable. I have no other words to say how we pay that amount of money and the floors can’t be cleaned. There was not a single roll of toilet paper in the restroom near the living room and to supply one ply toilet paper is unbelievable, which resulted us purchasing our own for a family of seven. I would stay here again but there would be things I would make sure to be done upon arrival.

Beautiful beach home right by the beach!

House has beautiful beach decor, beds are so comfy, very clean, and the kitchen has all the gadgets you need. The home is in a quiet gated community with good restaurants and shops close by. The best part is that the beach is literally right there, there are no big roads you need to cross. Overall. my family loved the beach house!
