Upgrades: Bamboo hardwood bedroom floors, new cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms, smooth ceilings, new ceiling fans and light fixtures, new stack washer/dryer and new SS kitchen appliances.
This immaculate full amenity resort condominium is located near fine dining restaurants and local eateries, renowned golf courses, designer outlet malls, movie theaters, the Destin Harbor with its charter fishing fleet and boat rentals and much more. Would absolutely recommend for a beautiful stay right on the beach in a beautiful place! Loved our time at the Pelican resort - great location love having the views of all of Destin! The beach was beautiful! Amenities were good, lots of pools and fun tiki bar!! Great for a family of four (2 teens) we had plenty of space and room to relax!

Great vacation spot!
Pelican was a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable the amenities with three pools, great bar drinks and excellent cafe food. This was very centrally located to all the fun adventures!

Right in the middle of Destin.
The condo was clean, our balcony had a view of the Gulf and two pools down below. My 6 year old really enjoyed the inside/outside pool.The Cafe and bar was convenient and priced well. Over all a good stay.

Excellent for families
This was as good as advertized! Our family of 4 stayed for a week and the location was perfect, great twin beds for our teens and easy access to the beach! The on site cafe and tiki hut was a great option too!
