Fantastic location!!

Great place to stay! Right on the beach with easy access and parking. Grocery store close too. Everything we needed was provided and beds were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!!

Birthday getaway

My husband and I enjoyed spending our birthday in your condo. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed less crowded beach. The condo was beautiful to match the views. Loved being able to seat on the patio and soak in the surroundings

Great week in Destin

Very nice property just steps from the beach....with a great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels to use for the week. The rental was perfect for me and my wife.

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Surf in unit 419 during our recent trip to Destin. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved having easy access to the private beach and the view from the balcony was amazing. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin.

Perfect getaway!

Loved the location of the property and the ease of getting to the beach. The common areas were centrally located and we never had an issue finding a close parking spot. I appreciated there were plenty of trash cans and two dishwasher pods provided, as well as liquid dish soap.

Great size condo for the wife and I. Well stocked with the basics you'd need. Target and Winn Dixie are right down the street. There are also beach chairs and toys for your use. Great experience. We will probably book again next summer!

Beautiful view!

My family had a wonderful stay in Destin! Loved the view and location. Can’t wait to go back. Only issue was with check in, the front desk told us we needed to receive a text message when our condo was ready, but it turned out that we didn’t. Would also have liked to have beach service included.

The location is amazing. My only concern was the the rusted beach equipment that was available to use and there was a dead roach under the bed which I found because I lost my 2 yr old sock. Other than that the place was pretty clean and was what we expected. Thanks

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful experience at Josh & Cherie's condo in Destin, FL. Perfect location, right on the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The Owners had thought of everything you could possible need and had it on hand. We liked that it was on the 4th Floor so we could take the stairs or the elevator. No long waits at the elevator. We would definitely stay again.

PERFECTION

The property was clean and as advertised. There was only 2 of us and plenty of room. Bathroom & kitchen ready to go with nice fluffy towels and plenty of dishes and silverware. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful and the table &chairs out there were just right to see over the rail and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. The building setup was well thought out and convenient. The walkway to the pool & beach was clear and level, just right for us to feel safe getting to & from the outside. We saw dolphins every day. We could not have been more pleased and hope to make this our vacation home again. This was our first stay in Destin. Thank you, Josh, for a great experience!!

Water Front Water View Destin

The property was in a great location, steps from the water and an amazing view overlooking the gulf of Mexico. The owner was very attentive and responded to an inquiry immediately. Overall the property was exactly and described except that the furniture in the living room and kitchen chair set was in dire need of replacement. The pull out sofa which we did not require for sleeping was not really comfortable enough to even sit on. The kitchen chairs we peeling what ever material was covering the sitting section, blue material like a vinyl paint of some sort. The la-z-boy (2) chairs in the living room needed to be replaced-- they were just worn out and the material covering the arms was very grimy.

Disappointed

This is my third stay at this condo. It's an extremely nice, updated condo and has an awesome view! But we ran out of paper towels, wash rags (only 6 for 2 people staying 6 nights), dishwasher pods and trash bags. And when this was relayed we were just reminded that there are limited supplies for a reason. The bed is definitely worn out and not supportive. We couldn't sleep on it after the first night. We do prefer a medium to firm so we had to come up with other ways to try to get sleep unfortunately which is my number one priority on vacation. My last stay was 3 yrs ago and it was very comfortable then. Communication with the owner was fine prior until we brought up the above concerns or issues. Then it became more of "well no one prior to you" kind of response rather than attempting to be understanding. My first stay was with a different owner...totally different experience. So unfortunately we won't be back and will be trying to find a different condo at the building. Just an overall disappointing stay trying to rest but the weather and deep sea fishing helped make up for it! It was our honeymoon trip after getting married in May.

Great rental ON the beach

Description of property is accurate in listing. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was spotless. Paint, appliances, furniture: all in great shape. Would 100% stay again! Communication with owner top notch. Cold AC, hot shower, comfy beds. An adult used cot mattress on the floor & was very comfortable. Good sized bedroom closet with hangers. Big dresser & 2 nightstands with drawers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice cutlery. Good icemaker. Beach is just feet from back of the building and not too crowded (mid-July) You can rent beach equipment, like paddleboards from the reception area in the lobby. There are 2 outdoor showers on the boardwalk and a few foot washing hoses that were so convenient. Property: Laundry cost is $2.50 per machine, takes card or coins, closes at 10pm. Smoking is permitted only in smoking area. No smoking on balconies. There were a lot of luggage carts and shopping carts. There was plenty of parking. Tips: Bring extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, bath towels if you use hair and body towels, extra blankets if cold-natured. Would recommend bringing some over the door hooks to hang bath towels, swimsuits, etc. There are no hooks in the hallway or on balcony. Beach tip: Take snorkel gear to look for fish and see what is swimming around. Fun Go to O'Steen Beach Access for snorkeling. It is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive, but parking is limited and costs $20. So fun!
