Sand Dollar #1504 - Convenient Location and short walk to the beach

King in master bedroom - two full beds in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Beautiful two bedroom on second floor with two full baths. Vaulted ceilings. Excellent counter tops and appliances. Quality furnishings with lots of family appeal. Large flat screen TV in living area. TV`s in both bedrooms. Washer/Dryer Provided.  Free in-unit Wi-Fi Internet. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Vintage but clean and comfy condo

Our first time here! The condo had a vintage feel but was very clean and comfy with a spacious layout for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. Richard the manager was very attentive and quick to respond. The walk to the beach was a little further than we expected but still just about a couple blocks or 5-ish minutes and worth it for the price. The unit is right across from a beautiful uncrowded pool which we enjoyed. We had a great stay!

Blessing in disguise

Our original unit had a bathroom issue so the property manager sent us to a different unit which was much nicer. The area was nice for the kids and beach access was perfect. No complaints

Great beach vacation!

The property was as described. A short walk to the beach. This unit is on the second level. Nice and quiet. We never used the pool, but it was located directly across from the unit and looked very clean. The furniture in the unit was very comfortable. One thing missing from the living room area would be throw blankets. Only negative were the bed frames in the double bedroom. They were so squeaky! It was difficult to sleep- any movement was loud. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our beach trip very much!

Good location

This condo is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The beach was clean and very nice. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfy, even the pull out couch. The parking was ample and the pool and playground were right across the parking lot. It is about a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and 25 minute drive to the Destin Harbor. Perfect for a family getaway!

Both bathrooms did not have locks on the doors. One bed in the front bedroom needs tending. The frame needs repair. Other than that it was a great stay.

Destin visit

The condo we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. The sliding glass door didn’t work which lead to the washer and dryer but the property manager offered us quarters to use the washer and dryer on site. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very safe.
