Great little place to stay

We had a great view of the golf and fun to watch the dolphins go by. The bathroom is small but we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

The unit was just as pictured and was very clean. The resort is older but well kept. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily. Would def stay here again.

Awesome Beach Vacation

I stayed with my 16-year-old granddaughter and we had a great time! The sand was like sugar and it wasn't hot to walk on! The area was beautiful. We enjoyed several fun local restaurants and got rolled ice cream. I will go back!

Wonderful week in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club! The condo is nicely updated and has super comfortable furniture! The king bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky about those things! 😅 The hosts even had beach chairs/toys/umbrellas available for use. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances all in good working condition. Only drawback was the coffee maker is only a Keurig, not a drip coffee maker and we had brought coffee and filters, but that was easily remedied! Other than that everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be back!

Great Condo besides all the Nest Devices

Property was as described. Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. The property manager was very helpful, and unsuccessfully tried to contact the property owner for the code to shut off this device. So she simply took it with her as she was also getting as frusterated as I was. Know that this condo has devices that can audio record you. Only reason we noticed was due to the initial alarm going off. There after notced ALL the nest devices. Made us feel like the property owner can low key spy on you if they want. Needless to say, not the best start to our vacation. However the room itself is very nice, short of all the pretentious Nest devices with monitoring technology.

Much needed Anniversary get away

The property was in a great location with a great view of the ocean and the bay was just behind us… The RealJoy Vacations handled our reservations and was top notch on communicating what we needed upon arrival with gate and door codes… I believe it was Kyle that was our contact and he was very quick to respond to any questions via text or email … The people at the property was very pleasant and welcoming…. We don’t get to take many trips like this and to have the experience we did it makes us want to enjoy more …

Great Location

Out stay here was great. The location on the beach is fantastic, we played some pickleball and shuffleboard, and the beach service was good. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the boardwalk and restaurants which is great and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this beautiful renovated and clean condo! The view was amazing and all kitchen utensils were new and they had everything we needed for the week! Easy walk to the beach and a large balcony to enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach! We can not wait to visit again thank you.

Destin trip

It was perfect being right on the beach and being able to play pickleball whenever we want. The condo however was ok! The toilet was clogged when we first arrived and sand was still all over the floor from the prior guests. Would have appreciated it being more clean.
