Awesome views and amenities! Will definitely be coming back. The spash pad was perfect for my 1 year old and 4 year old. My preteen loved the pools. The only bad thing was we didn’t want to leave!

Great Place

Great location

This place is right in the middle of everything there is to do in Destin. Very clean room and perfect view of the ocean, also had everything you would need. The view below is of a kids spray park and not the pool, though. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

The property is nice and clean. The property is undergoing construction and that did not interfere with our stay at all! The fridge went out, the garbage disposal went out and none of which took away from the beautiful view! The fridge was replaced right away and the disposal repaired immediately! The team that runs the property is unmatched from the security guard to the front desk and even maintenance all blew me away with their willingness to help!

Perfect Getaway

This unit was perfect for our extended weekend getaway. The view was amazing, the amenities were outstanding. So nice to be able to order food, sit at the inside or poolside bar, and lounge in the hot tub. Only recommendations: bed is too hard and you need a blow dryer in the bathroom. Lastly I purchased a small igloo cooler and left it for future guests to use. We would recommend and stay in here again.

Loved the condo! The condo was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Supply a hairdryer for guests. Since local meat markets around, tools for cracking crab would be useful. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you🙂

Room review

We were able to check-in early which was a plus. The couch with the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. Very hard to sit on when the bed is folded up. The refrigerator was leaking water and never got really cold. The master bed and bunk beds were comfortable.

Clean unit, but had distinctive smell

Great location. Older, but clean. Lobby smelled very nice, but our condo did not. It was clean, but had an odd smell. Maybe the previous people smoked on the balcony with door open, not sure. Hotel failed to tell us you can reserve your beach chairs in advance online… if not, you’ll be second row or farther back. The Pelican Roost bar restaurant was nice and convenient.

Skip this room

Dishwasher is broken. Coffee pot only works if you press the on button in just the right spot. The bathroom had some kind of bugs. I let the front desk know, hopefully they've made adjustments. The floor is also installed incorrectly. Water pressure was great. View was beautiful.

This place is not 4 or 5 stars! Maybe a 2

This property was very disappointing. The overall building is old and needs updating. We could not rent a car so we were stuck walking 5 miles a day to the store and restaurants. This location has nothing around. The balcony over looked the kitty pool area so no chance of enjoying the beach from the balcony. The furniture was dirty (we put sheets down before we sat on anything), trash was found under the sofa, the electrical outlets were coming out of the wall and the shower curtain was molded. We would never book again.
