45th Birthday Trip

Three of my friends and I stayed the weekend for my birthday. The Sea Store and Pelican’s Roost are super convenient to have right in the lobby. Starbucks is in walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and was stocked with kitchen supplies we used to cook breakfast.

The view was as you were on a ship looking out. The best sunrises to wake up to each morning. The condo was set up nice and spacious. I love to go back to be on the 18th floor again. We appreciated. It was a smoke free and vape free property.

Great Location for Family Get Away!

The location was perfect right off the beach. Our unit was on the 18th floor with a spectacular ocean view. Guest Services was extremely helpful and friendly. Had a great time and would definitely do it again.

If they would PLEASE add curtains or shades to this master bedroom I would say this is the perfect unit. Very clean. Cute. Spacious. Good shower. Really liked this a lot just wish they’d add curtains to the master. Seems so weird they don’t have anything there to keep the light out. Would consider looking again and with added shades would book every year!

It was a perfect location with a grande view. The air condition didn't work great, struggled to stay cool. There was also a foul smell that stayed in our condo, not sure if it was the trash or could be water in the AC unit but it was BAD.

The Is furniture in the living room to sit on Was very uncomfortable. The owner of the condos should consider replacing the furniture. A few of the kitchen table chairs were loose and needed Need to be tightened. Other then that had a wonderful time and.cant Waite to come back.

Great stay

Great stay.... pictures online makes the place look larger than it really is, but over all the place looks as is in the photos. Master bath vent didn't smell to good on the wall gave out an odor. Master bedroom could use a chair or two. We didn't go into the second bedroom due to my husband and I were the only ones that were in the condo. The living room sofa was uncomfortable. We sat on the love sofa. Furniture needs upgrading. Overall I would give this place 3 1\2 star for the reason listed above. I've seen worst and this place wasn't worst... One last thing the balcony railing was lose so be careful.

Perfect Winter Getaway

I was looking last minute for a rental in the heart of Destin that was beachfront and had great views of the water. We loved this place, it was just what we needed for a winter escape. I was able to see the water from the kitchen and even from my bed in the master bedroom. Would love to stay again.

Great Location

Rooms really had a bad sewer smell when we arrived...we burned several candles and it was livable. Rugs very old and dirty looking...furniture as a whole was old. Kitchen wasn’t well appointed compared to other condos we have stayed at. Looking forward to visiting SunDestin again but we will stay in another condo...maybe more beachy decor.
