「This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation...

「I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful —...

「It feels like a newly renovated apartment. Everything in new, even the smell of wooden furniture 😆 Owner responded within a few minutes of text messages. Great location. Recommended」

「This apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to local cafes, shops, and public transit. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The Wi-Fi was fast, the kitchen had everything we needed, and check-in was very smooth. Highly recommended!」

「Perfect location and surprisingly quiet at night. I stayed for a business trip. Would absolutely book again.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. The team was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!」

「The property is in an ideal position close to everything. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. I will definitely stay here again although I feel the price is a bit high」

「The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!」

「Nadie controlo la entrada, nadie en recepción. Solo pusieron sábanas para dos y éramos tres. No nos identificaron. No estaba en dirección que pone la página. Había cucarachas. Colchón dado completamente de sí, etc. FATAL.」
