「第二次入住，入住四天五個人10瓶水太少了，跟櫃檯需求，櫃檯回應水不能給。需求面紙2盒看起來給的都很為難😕」

「A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm.」

「The place is great being brand new, its so clean, and so good to have your private onsen. Only thing i can complain about is not having enough mirrors like in the toilet upstair.」
