“We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. ”

The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed. “有多國語言客服溝通上無問題，房間內設備齊全，微波爐，快煮壺，咖啡機，烤盤，洗衣烘乾機等，整體上舒適都不錯，但冷氣安裝位置很不優，因為直接吹頭，還有洗脫烘 乾機烘出來的衣服臭臭的，應該是管路沒有定期保養，還有連續住2天僅提供一天毛巾，要自己洗烘乾，又加上設備沒保養洗出來的毛巾臭又有髒毛屑…”
