“Even though the host does not speak English, we got through the booking with Google Translate and basic Japanese language. Instructions were clear. The house was very clean and had good climate control. It was very windy so we could not enjoy the outside much. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept very well. Toilets were very clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of adventure. Kitchen had a lot of equipment. We will try to come again!”

“Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! “We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. I had to complain to get it cooler and have it stay on at night, which they controlled from the……
