「The property was very pretty and quaint. Initially had an issue which was very musty. I requested another room and was immediately moved to a perfect room. Front desk staff was very apologeticand escorted me to another room. Room encircle a very pretty patio filled with plants. 」

「property was not bad but the listing was bad, there is no restaurants around as advertised on the listing, property location not good we couldn't take a nice walk at night because the neighborhood was not safe. the other bad thing is the damage deposit policy they take too long to return your money back, 14 days . I will think twice before using VRBO again」

「The only bad thing about this apartment is there is no central air conditioning but the host provides a small fan. The view is nice and apartment is very cozy and in a decent location. There’s a lot of tourists traffic in the area」

「Is an excellent place to stay with family, we were at 6th floor it has a nice view to the city, each rooms has a big windows. The communication with the person in charge Karla was friendly, helpful and quickly. Always resolving our necessities. If I have to travel back to Guatemala I will use this place again, recommending 100% 」

「Then never sent the check-in information and the reservation had to be canceled the day that I landed and I was left with no place to stay for 38 days. I was forced to have friends offer me their space and I have to sleep on the floor on my vacation because I couldn’t find a place in time.」
