“Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”

“Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing. The staff was very friendly and set us up into the adjacent room that had no AC compressors but it……

“The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day. My guest will be doing a review on Google and I will probably never use Expedia again without some explanation or compensation. We met other guests that were not happy……

“The condo was great. Trying to get wifi for check in was tragic with the actual hotel. They wanted 30 dollars to access their wifi so I could communicate with the host. Not good.”
