「Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money....

「We loved this cute lodge! There are 5 units, each with a loft queen bed, a separate twin loft accessed by a ladder, and a queen futon on the ground floor. The buildings are brand new, and I love the rustic barn door, National park decor, yet very modern with black faucets and kitchen and bath. There are so many places to eat in this quaint town. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Driving up to the property gave us the feel of being super remote and a real feel of being in the wild. The house and condition was spectacular. Rooms were plenty big and beds were comfortable after long hiking days. The location could not have been more convenient for entry to Many Glacier. 「Charming and cozy two bedroom cabin with views of the lake. We enjoyed the space, fully stocked kitchen, views of the Rockies, and the privacy! Would highly recommend as a great location to visit Many-glacier and St Mary. 」

「It is a hidden gem! Our family had great time here for two nights. The Windy Ridge Cabin is cozy and comfortable with modern interior design. There are plenty of kitchen supplies. We got grocery from local general store (just 5 minutes drive) and cooked our own meals. Perfect location. We visited Many Glacier hotel, and went to hike Grinnell trail and Iceberg trail in 2 days. We wish we can stay here longer. 」

「The cabin, the property and those were great. Our cabin had everything we needed plus a view! We loved stepping outside to talk with the horses. The location of our cabin to what we were doing at the park was perfect. The only drawback to this location was lack of a full size grocery store. Sorry but I would not recommend the C Store in town or the grocery store on Hwy.2 in Browning.」

「The cabin was very well stocked and right on the lake. It had a little pier out back, where we sat to soak our feet after a long hike in the park. The view from the kitchen table window is wonderful. The host went above and beyond looking up fishing information for us. The gravel roads to get to the cabin are rough, as stated ahead of time by the host. Good location with respect to Canada and Glacier National Park.」

「We came in from MN to spend the 4th with family. We had 4 generations at the house and it was great! One family even bought their camper, so the baby would have a quiet place to sleep. Everything was clean. I LOVE the location!!! Two blocks away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the East Glacier Park entrance, 50 minutes to St Mary's, 15 minutes to Two Medicine. 「This cabin is the perfect location for staying close to both Many Glacier and St Mary’s entrances to Glacier National Park. Also remote enough to really relax. A little difficult to find at 3am but Abe provided a lovely map that made it possible. Fully stocked kitchen made our breakfasts simple. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft area. 「This has to be one of the better rentals on east side of GNP. The inside is so much more beautiful than the pictures! It was also very clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a morning kayaking on the lake with the most beautiful views! Evening stargazing from the patio was also a treat. Not far from the St Mary GNP entrance. You will appreciate having 4 wheel drive tho!」

I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
