"Very easy check in. Staff were all super friendly. Wouldn’t recommend parking underneath if you have a large vehicle. Very tight but that’s my only fault. The hotel was close and convenient to the event we attended. Buffet breaky was great "

"Great location close to many restaurants & Southern Cross Station. Decent sized room that was clean with a comfortable bed. Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot"

"This is a fantastic hotel with nearly everything you could need. Close to southern cross and tram lines, a small in site gym, delicious breakfast provided, comfortable, clean room and beds. Very nice staff (even arranged well priced dry cleaning for me that was same day service). I can’t wait to come again!"
