“Checkin process was not smooth, keypad was broken on arrival. Waited over an hour for host to arrive. He put us in another apartment which was old, dirty couch and had no internet which was not suitable for our needs. "這次在墨爾本住宿的體驗非常棒，非常值得推薦！ 櫃檯服務人員都非常熱情、親切，尤其是 Neo非常有善，他樂於提供協助，讓人從入住開始就感受到賓至如歸的溫暖，令人印象深刻！ 房間採光明亮，也整理得十分乾淨。雖然部分家具和設備不是全新的，但維護得很好，整體環境舒適、整潔，住起來相當自在。 地理位置十分優越，距離 Southern Cross Station 和 Flinders Street Station 都在步行範圍內。步行過橋即可抵達 Southbank，再往北就是墨爾本市中心商業區（CBD），無論安排景點、美食或購物行程都非常便利。 此外，住宿周邊環境安靜，治安良好，即使晚上步行也讓人感到安心。 整體而言，這是一間交通便利、環境舒適、服務優質的住宿。下次再來墨爾本，我一定會再次入住，也會毫不猶豫推薦給親朋好友！"
