“Quiet area. Lovely modern apartment. Comfortable firm bed. Comfortable seating with pillows and plush towels were much appreciated. There are indoor stairs to access apartment over the garage. Easy to manage. Peaceful outdoor space but need to bring in cushions inside which I didn’t think of. Unfortunately I could not enjoy after it rained. Owner might consider a storage container for them. Enjoyed my stay. Will book again! ”

“My friends and I loved this house and property. It was bigger than expected and the 5 total bedrooms were perfect to fit everyone. It’s right by a beautiful creek and it’s lovely to hear all times of the day. You can tell the hosts care about the property because it was well stocked with various things and has all sorts of items to do/play/use while staying there. I love the decorations in the house as well. It was unique and had lots of personality. I would love to stay here again in the……

“We had a fabulous weekend in cville staying at The Hidden Gem. The setting is gorgeous and peaceful and the owners allowed us to use their private pool. Will definitely be back!”

“This gem of a cabin is tucked away from the main road and if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life then definitely give this a try. The place was clean and everything you need is available. Bryan, the host provided excellent instructions on checking in and checking out. Also, the place is 30 minutes from Longwood University so if you decide you want to explore Farmville, VA then rent this cabin. ”

“Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!”

“For us it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The perfect location for a UVa friends reunion. I was worried that the cabin would feel small because lots of photos are smaller than how they appear, but it was just right. Truly grateful I found this place.”

“We were lucky to find this gem. The perfect location for all things Charlottesville. Owner was top notch to work with all booking and during stay inquiries were quickly and accurately answered. Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future.”
