「房間很大，設備齊全，有洗烘乾衣機，小廚房該有的廚具餐具一應俱全，提供的備品也剛剛好，連咖啡茶包也都有，設計我也很喜歡也很乾淨，就在泰特美術館的旁邊10分的滿意。價格也不貴。」

「房間乾淨舒適、配備小廚房(含IH爐、烤箱、餐具及鍋具等)、滾筒式洗衣機，但沒有附調味料、洗碗精或是洗衣精，如果住宿天數較長，建議自備。 地點位於東西倫敦交界，交通方便，離地鐵大概五至十分鐘距離，周邊亦有超商及市集可以採買跟逛街，亦有多國餐廳可供選擇。 五樓的公共空間寬敞，附設簡易的茶、咖啡等飲品。 服務人員態度良好。 」

「Very good service and convenient location! The room was spacious enough for a 3 person family. The mini kitchen with toaster and simple kitchen equipment was very good design and considerate for family travel. I will definitely come back again in the future! 」

「Good location and close to most public transportation. Spacious apartment but the downside is no air conditioning A bit hit in room. Have to open windiw when sleep overnight.」

「Conveniently located at city centre, close to underground, well lighted and provided with sufficient facilities except no fan and no air conditioner, making it a suffering to stay during hot weather of some 35 degrees Celsius. 」

「離地鐵站非常方便，附近博物館步行至海德公園，哈洛德百貨非常近，房間是歐舒丹備品，廚房.洗衣機.加熱桿，雖然退房當天遇到停水無法洗嗽，但還是對長時間待在倫敦旅行非常推薦，下次一定要回訪!」
