「Staff reception did not listen to me. Was preoccupied. It is a new premises with a few minor issues. We were not informed that an additional deposit was required, no tissues supplied, no milk available. The mattress was exceptional.」

「Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. 」

「Do Not Stay Here: Bugs, Filth, and Hostile Staff ​Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had to cut our stay short and flee this property due to systemic hygiene and pest issues. ​Our first room was heavily soiled with hair on the floor. When moved to a second room, we found leftover food scraps and a greasy hairdryer. The building has an active pest problem—we saw bugs crawling in the public elevator and woke up to a live cockroach in our room while packing our bags. ​The worst part was the staff's...
