“It was exactly what we were looking for in a quick get away for some R&R.”

“Enjoyed our stay! Enjoyed using the kayaks, corn hole boards, and fire pit during our stay.”

“I wanted a family boating trip. The house was in a good location and couple that with a boat slip and HOA private launch made it a great location for us to stay. The space was great, the yard is amazing and inside accommodated all of us perfectly. We only went into town 1X for groceries then hung out and boated up the down lake.”

“The home was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The main floor accommodated everyone at meals and provided the ideal spot for family games. The quiet downstairs worked well for those who wanted to read or watch tv. The decks had seating for everyone with a view that was hard to beat. We enjoyed our daily visit from a beautiful bald eagle. The dock worked great for those who enjoy fishing in the group. Seems there were a few big one that got away! The hosts were nearby in case of problems……

“Loved the property! Nice layout and beautiful view! The dock was nice to sit on in the evening and the pool area was gorgeous overlooking the lake. Ask for directions to the pool otherwise you won’t find it. We had a great time and hope to be back to this rental! ”

“Everything about our stay from beginning to end was amazing. Hospitality and helpfulness from our host was above and beyond. The house was very clean and so well stocked with essentials. The beds were all very comfortable. We had 19 and an infant but with the great layout,the beautiful fire pit area and huge screened porch we had plenty of space. The dining table and screened in porch table off the kitchen gave us room for everyone to sit down for meals together. The private dock was great to……

“Both houses were clean and were stocked well. They even supplied baskets of treats. We appreciated the extra touches of decor they created, especially within the Farmhouse. Everything was beautiful! The bathrooms were wonderful. If you have a large group, having the two homes work, however neither home has enough seating for meals for everyone inside. The deck on the Farmhouse worked except when it rained. The Chalet has the pool table and great screened porch. The owner and manager responded……

“We love coming to the Lawson’s. We had come in October 2024, and we knew we had to come back with our kids this year. It’s close to everything, it’s convenient. They will make sure you have snacks and drinks for everyone, and for a quick laundry mishap, they had the home ready to save the day! Thank you for everything you do! We will be coming back ”

“This is an older house but fixed up nice. Very clean inside and A/C works great. All amenities of a home. Perfect boat dock and lounging area outside overlooking the lake. ”

“We had five adults and one baby. The cabin was perfect. We wanted a peaceful place to go and just be together as a family. The cabin was more than amply supplied, and the owner had plenty of local information available. Be aware however, that it is very difficult to find, GPS is very spotty there and there are NO street signs. Once you find it, you will love it! Oh! the VIEW!”

“Great property to rest and relax. They had everything we needed. Neat and clean. Owner was very pleasant. Will stay there again if in the area. 5 stars all the way. ”

“Big Fan with all the facility had to offer. The Bee Hive was better than Beyonce. Big pile of firewood for us to burn. Fresh water for my dog. And I am now addicted to the chocolates they provided. ”

“We highly recommend this beautiful home. This was our second time at this home. We enjoyed the deck and the screen room. We rented a pontoon boat for the week at Lake Barkley Marina. We had a blast in the water. Grandson caught his first catfish. Wonderful memories made. We will be back!”
