「We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins.」

「2nd visit this year. From booking until check out experience was amazing!! It was my Husband’s 60th birthday whilst we were there they decorated the room and supplied a cake,as requested on arrival making it extra special, a special mention to the receptionist Hector, very welcoming, nothing to much trouble and very friendly throughout our stay. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and smells absolutely amazing,beds very comfortable too!! all staff are smiley, friendly and efficient. Ticks all boxes,...

「Es war alles super schön, sehr freundliches Personal super saubere Unterkunft, Pool Gastronomie Zimmer Bad Toilette, alles perfekt! Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Man hat alles gekriegt Süßspeisen herzhaft spanische Spezialitäten Fischfleisch es war einfach alles vorhanden und wer da meckert der meckert auch sehr Niveau. Ich hab mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Animation war sehr gut das Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat viel Spaß gemacht danke dafür」

「First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta...」
