“Schönes Appartment, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unkomplizierter Check in/out Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht (Geschirr nicht ordentlich gespült) ”

“這間公寓整體很不錯，房間寬敞，廚房設施齊全；雖然不在市區，但是是盧森堡的公車非常方便、準時而且免費，所以交通不是問題！ 不過，入住當天才收到通知，備品是需要自備的（這個應該預約時就先告知，而且一般管理室公寓應該都要準備基本備品）！幸好入住時發現，還是有基本的衛生紙跟沐浴乳！ 只是公寓的備品不足，衛生紙跟沐浴乳都準備的剛剛好而已，我是一家三口連住五天，衛生紙只提供2卷，沐浴乳大概半瓶，我們沒有非常浪費，但是第四天衛生紙就用完了！管理單位也有＂貼心＂的準備咖啡跟茶包！但是很明顯的看起來就是一天份，第一次住到這麼精打細算的管理式公寓！ 因為這個公寓的單價也比較貴，連續入住也沒有比較便宜，除了沒有打掃（連續七天才打掃），但備品也沒有充足準備，感覺對連續入住者不公平！ ”

“Room was clean . We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Staff was very helpful. Grocery store just across the street . Washroom need upgrade as shower wasn’t working very well. When you open windows you can hear outside traffic noise . Overall spacious room and nice stay.”

“This studio flat is fine for a short stay but not when there is a heatwave. It was like an oven even with the fan going all the time.It wasn’t clean when we arrived at the due time and the cleaners arrived about 5 minutes later so not a good start.Once they had been it was perfectly clean.The undercover parking was ideal but that was the main benefit in the heat.Finally the studio is on the ground floor and the corridor to the door absolutely stank of smoke which was most unpleasant.If it has……

“Wir haben uns die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr sauber und jegliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging schnell und lösungsorientiert.Die Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe, so war man schnell in der AltstadtInsgesamt würden wir die Wohnung direkt wieder buchen.”

“Die Wohnung ist ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem geräumigen modernen Bad und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Was uns an der Wohnung gestört hat, ist der modrige Geruch (älteres Haus mit Feuchtigkeit im Gemäuer?) und das sehr fleckige Sofa, dessen Bezug dringend eine Reinigung bräuchte. Auch wäre es an der Zeit, die Matratzen-Überzüge zu waschen, beim Abziehen des Leintuches vor Abreise wird man mit unschönen gelben Flecken konfrontiert. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte diese……

“The house was perfect! Kids loved that “we lived in a castle” (of course it’s just the outside wall of the castle, but they were young enough to believe the house was a castle). It was very well equipped even for young kids: crib, plastic silverware, toys area! Even as adults we could appreciate the perfect condition of the house, very modern, well equipped and interior decoration was of great taste! There was no problem finding parking space nearby.
