However, There are two locations for this hotel. one is near the main road - that is where the pool is and it is a small pool so we didn't end up using it. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the beach area which was as advertised. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were great. It is a small town so easy access to everything.”

We also really appreciated the flexibility, as we were able to arrive one day earlier on very short notice. “Ruben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. My wife's family is from Nicoya and we have stayed in the area 35 years. Ruben's house WOWED us. It blended into the tropical landscape, was only one floor, but was HUGE. This house was built by a very good architect. The huge doors and all the windows being able to be open pushed a breeze through the entire home. The……

“Staying at the Doll house was a lovely time for my family and me. The place was clean and the host was great to communicate with when we had questions. We really enjoyed playing in the pool on days that were too hot for the beach with the kids. ”
