「The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. 「I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....
