“Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

“We had such a nice time at this amazing home. I booked this property with the intention of having more family members present, but plans changed. My husband and I had the home to ourselves, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was just like being at home. I am very particular about cleanliness and find myself having to clean hotel rooms and rentals to my standards most of the time and still feel grungy about them sometimes. Not the case here!! “We were so pleased with our stay! The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptionally nice, the location was terrific. Close enough to stroll into town for shopping and restaurants and places of interest which was super nice not to have to find and pay for parking. We will be back! ”

“The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable! (After sleeping in my own bed, I wish I was back there.) It is a little warmer back there than the rest of the house, but the provided fan worked nicely. “This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! ”
