「Overall it was an impressive property. Loved the stocked kitchen ready for use. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Screened porch with hot tub was a great feature along with the fire pit area. Very comfortable space for 6 people.」

「Beautiful, convenient location for our visit to Lake Itasca and the Mississippi headwaters. The cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy. If you visit, be sure to note that the restroom is not located in or next to the cabin.」

「This beautiful home had all the upgrades and was super clean. The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t feel like I was in a cabin in the woods! Definitely a wonderful place to visit anytime of the year.」

「Let me preface with this, we had a lovely time at the Tiltin Hilton. Lovely lake, super quiet, beautiful sunset over the water, lovely. Place was as advertised, but very dirty. Especially in the accommodations. No TP in the bathroom so I would bring on your own. Some of the lights through the property were not working or very harsh white light. I think warm lighting throughout would really elevate this property.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Hills! It was great to have such close access to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and Lake Bemidji. The large patio overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to relax, read a book, and visit with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having two bathroom sinks was very convenient. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. She loved wading and swimming in the lake, and the nice, big yard gave her room to explore.Bemidji happened to be under an...

「Great space and great location! Easy access to shopping and the headwaters!!」

「This was our 3rd time at this property, and booked again for next year! Our group consisted of 9 adults and 4 children ages 8, 8, 9, and 12.Kelly, our host was always available with any questions we had. Accommodations and location are excellent for our large family. Large open home allowing private space for reading and relaxing if a little down time was needed. The beach area is the favorite. Grandkids spent hours digging in the sand, fishing, and swimming! We caught enough fish before the...

「The host provided excellent welcome materials. The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed (and then some.) 」

「Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink.」

「On site Managers were awesome at check in! Thanks so much!!」

「Simple with everything you need.」
