"Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"For some reason someone else was staying at the house I had rented. So we had no place to stay!! Thank God the owner of the home had another home in the area that was similar to that one so he let us stay there.This should not have happened!!! On top of that we had the code to get in the house that was rented to someone else . Yes we confirmed it and we had the same code for the rental. Still shaking my head. "Had a great time everyone enjoy the Waterpark, room were nice and staff nice and helpful every friendly. Would have been nice if you had a way of notification when there was activity going on we missed stories,could you have a list of times and activity some were so kids could go to them ."
