The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. 「We had a perfect stay! The home was extremely cute and clean. Everything you could need. Huge bath tub! Amazing covered back porch - we spent a lot of time out there. The huge swing was divine. Driveway parking in a quiet neighborhood, close to Truist Park. Our host was so kind and helpful. We will be back! 」

「We loved our stay. Property location is great to Braves Stadium plus downtown Atlanta. Plenty of restaurants around to try. Property had plenty of space plus was nicely maintained. 」

「We stayed for a week in Marietta for a baseball tournament. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for all the games and we could get to downtown easily for sight seeing. The house has a very steep driveway but we figured out quickly it was easier to back in than to pull in forward. We enjoyed our stay and our son loved the man cave. 」

「The property owner was kind and extremely responsive to inquiries. The house does not have a working washing machine which would have help out as we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the house was perfect for the venue of the games and access to dinning and entertainment. This is an older house that definitely needs some TLC. 」

「The property was huge with plenty of room to move around. Tara was great to communicate with. She got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. It was nice to have so many bathrooms for our group. We enjoyed meals together at the big table upstairs. The AC kept up with the extreme heat and kept us all comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable.」

Chef Landon elevated the entire experience by preparing an amazing pizza feast using the oven. No one wanted to leave!! 」
