"We requested a handicapped room since I was traveling with my 80 year old dad. They confirmed on multiple occasions the room was handicapped accessible. The only thing it had was handrails by toilet. The bath was not accessible therefor for 4 days he couldn’t use it. Pool was also on bad condition. Went in one night about 5pm and low on towels, the towels they had were trashed. Broken windows and towels probably from
Night before clogging up the pool on the bottom. Shout out to the breakfast chef though he was AMAZING!"
