“Place was great. Plenty of room for our family and a unique spot that spans the peninsula so you can float from side to side. Short trip to Sebago State Park or all the fun in Naples. ”

“We loved our stay with Brian and Jocelyn! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well provisioned. Brian was an excellent host and super responsive, even going the extra mile to make sure our ice pack was frozen for our long drive home. The hot tub was lovely and clean. Easy access to Old Port Portland via bike or car. Quiet neighborhood. It was lovely to watch the fireflies in the garden at night and enjoy the beautiful flowers during the day. “The place was great! places to fish and boat around the beach is walking distance if you don’t want to swim from the dock. There’s also a rope swing but the time we went the water was too shallow. Great place and would definitely love to come back!”

“We had a great stay and were a bit surprised (pleasantly) that the 4th of July fireworks were set off in the park across the street (East Promenade). We enjoyed the location but it is a bit far from Old Port area where most of the activity was. Note: parking in the Old Port area is VERY expensive (20-26 for 2 hours (minimum time)) so it is likely better to walk (15 minutes) or uber to that area.”

“The listing said "Studio Apartment," but it is really just a bedroom with a bath. A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). When I went back and looked at the photos in the listing, that should have been obvious to me, but I got hung up on the word "Studio."That said, it was a comfortable room, although the bathroom was stingy on towels (no face cloths, only one hand……
