We were so tired but your team and hotel team didn’t helped Also there was cockroach in the room that scared my partner I am looking for full refund. 「Surprised the free parking was finding a space on the street, a bit misleading in the description. Opted to park at the hotel for an additional $20 per day. Very industrial looking looking with cement floors and exposed duct work. The TV was horrible, no Netflix or hulu as stated in Expedia description. No local channels and it always had connection issues to Samsung streaming tv service. (No football games - ugh). Gym had to tv service either so no watching the news while working out. ...
