It also would have been nice to receive a confirmation email from them with more detailed check in information, but once I got in contact with them they were super helpful.”

“We will be checking out tomorrow 16th August, one week early. Reasons being: First day the fridge leaked all over the floor and my daughter nearly slipped over! It was rectified. Our room has never been cleaned in a week, despite asking. We have repeatedly had to ask for water, coffee, sugar, towels and toilet paper. I had to tie the kitchen rubbish and left it at the front door, it was collected but no one brought us another garbage bag and the last garbage bag from the bathroom is nearly full……

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to……
