「The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and supplied with anything you could need. Loved the way was decorated with the animal theme. We were there to go to the zoo and the location was spot on. The host checked on our arrival and to make sure we had anything we would need. Would rent this again if we are out in Omaha again. Thank you」

「The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.」

The front porch with swing was a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the quiet before the day started. The backyard was perfect for gathering with family at night. 「Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.」

「The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.」
