We were notified by the Expedia app that there were communications from the host, but whenever we tried to read them “An unexpected error occurred “. "The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "

"Appart-hotel Clement Ader is fantastic! I stayed in a 1 BDR suite which was ideal. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable with well-equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, separate living room, good shower and large balcony. Hotel has a sauna which was lovely (also outdoor pool but it was not open during my stay). Location is ideal to walk everywhere in the city with shopping/grocery store nearby. It is also within 10 min walk from the Toulouse Matabiau train station. There is also parking available...

"The hotel is very well located and the staff are friendly! The apartment was spacious, with a bathtub and a sofa bed. The bed was clean, but some small cleaning details were lacking. Even so, I give it 5 stars and recommend staying here."
