“The owner Doug was really nice and accommodating for us! We were on our motorcycle and were able to park it in the garage attached to the cabin making everything close and comfortable! He warned me about the deep gravel to make sure I knew about it before riding through it to the garage so that I was prepared because it does make riding a little more difficult but all was well and we had a great weekend! The concert we saw at Lincoln Amphitheater was only about 10 miles away so it was a short……

“Beautiful home with cool features in a great neighborhood. Very comfortable beds! The washer and dryer were an added bonus. Great communication with owner. Easy to access and friendly neighbors. Close to everything in Evansville. Loved it!”

“Easy arrival process. There's construction so that makes the street parking a tad difficult but the area felt very safe. Only down point is the heavy walking from prople upstairs, but thats typical in apartments. ”

“We had extended family staying together for a funeral. House was spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels for everyone and the owner never replied to my request for two more towels. Also, railing to enter the house is very loose and not usable, which made getting up the front steps unsafe for an older uncle. ”

“My 3 friends and myself enjoyed our yearly trip. This year we celebrated our 30 years of friendship. We spent the whole weekend just lounging in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. The place was wonderful, we even saw a mother deer and her 3 babies in the yard. Great place to just unwind and enjoy life. ”

“The home easily accomodated 6 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location, convenient to many restaurants and attractions in the area. Great for our familiy get together.”
